At MOGI FARMS, we're passionate about High-Tech Commercial Mechanization and Agricultural Excellence. As a private limited company dedicated to Agribusiness, we were established in 2018 and officially incorporated in 2022 under the Ugandan Companies Act.

Location

MOGI Farms is strategically located in Amuru and Nwoya districts, Northern Uganda, with plans for further expansion within the region. Our current operations utilize a combination of leased and freehold land tenure, supporting our commitment to sustainable agricultural practices and regional development.

The Investments

MOGI Farms boasts of a diversified investment portfolio, featuring:

•⁠  ⁠Crop production: soybeans, maize, rice, and beans

•⁠  ⁠Livestock: cattle, goats, and poultry on leased land

•⁠  ⁠Agroforestry: coffee, bananas, macadamia, cashew nuts, cocoa, and other tree species plantations

Future Plans

We're seeking investment capital to:

•⁠  ⁠Acquire additional land for sustainable and long-term investments

•⁠  ⁠Expand crop production and processing

•⁠  ⁠Develop livestock investments, including processing and exotic breeding centers

•⁠  ⁠Establish agroforestry plantations, including:

    - 300 acres of high-canopy deciduous tree species (bamboo, musizi, teak, eucalyptus, grevilia, and mahogany)

    - Agroforestry plants (coffee, bananas, cashew nuts, macadamia, and cocoa)

 

This strategic expansion will not only enhance environmental sustainability but also contribute to global climate change mitigation efforts while ensuring it's economic viability.
